Our District:

AVFD services 65 square miles in the northeastern region of Anderson County.
Our district includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 118 and 126.

We service highway 441 from the Knox County line to Norris Dam and State Highway 61 from the Clinton City limits to the Union County line.

We also provide EMS and fire service to all surrounding commercial and residential areas.

As the needs of the community grows it requires us to grow also. The addition of new equipment, new members consequently the need for proper training is critical and equipment needs grow as new members join. Each new member has to be properly equipped with fire gear and a means of communication necessary to carry out the call they answer.
